Philadelphia Solar is looking to hire two B2B Digital Marketing Specialists to join its Marketing Department.
B2B Digital Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns.
Manage paid digital advertising campaigns and optimize their performance.
Manage and strengthen the company’s digital presence across relevant digital platforms.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Develop digital campaigns and initiatives aimed at reaching and acquiring potential business clients.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and measure return on advertising spend.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and B2B Marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing performance metrics.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
